Crazy, Zany Doubts...

OK..so the last post turned out to be more sombre than i expected and that's not really me...so hopefully I hope to be back to form with this one..

So when I'm really jobless, my mind starts wandering..and I often get the craziest of doubts...so here are some of them..lets see how many can get answered :)

1)While I'm a complete believer in destiny and "It's all fate", I would also like to believe that somewhere along the line we make our own destiny. But I often wonder whether God is privy to knowing how all our lives will ultimately pan out from start to end..and so while we may believe that the decisions we make and our subsequent actions is us making our own destiny, is it actually part of a pre determined script?
2)Someone once told me that the colour of a person's elbow is similar to the colour of his /her genital area (for lack of a decent way of sayin it :P)I dont have a large enough sample size to confirm / reject this hypothesis! :)
3)This is a 2 part question directed to only men!
a) WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH UR FASCINATION WITH BOOBS...How can one derive pleasure / get excited from just lookin at it...they're just lumps of flesh which unfortunately have to be placed in a (sometimes uncomfortable) harness!!!! I want to shoot the bastard who ever invented underwire!!!!
b)In one of the earlier episodes of F.R.I.E.N.D.S - the distance between the thumb and index finger of a guy;s left hand was supposed to be indicative of the length of his shaft / tool / dumb stick (i have more choice words..but we'll save that for a later post)..Anycase...Umm..is it true..I have an even smaller sample size for this one than i do for the elbow colour patch :)
4) Have you seen those high rise cranes...The ones which are used at construction sites and are towering and are often more than 20 storeys long...ummm...how do they transport them around?? Or is the crane constructed on site??
5)Why do people rely soooo much on horoscopes..While I accept there may be some truth to it..The time of birth of one's life cannot decide his / her future..Wat if the clock in the hospital where the person was born was 5mts late or 10 mts early. Or worse still, the nurse forgot to document the time..and then..to cover her faux pas just enters some arbid time..So considering horoscope matching is a science - should we make room for human error here?
6)I have heard many meanings for the tamil swear word Baadu. It ranges from bastard, impotent, asshole to even women's titties...ummm...someone kindly explain..

These are just off the top of my head..I shall continue with some more in a later post!!

P.S - How many of u looked at ur elbow more than once?? :)

Flashback (2 years or so) A very drunk me, sitting on S's bed proclaiming to the world (rather to everyone in the room) "Oh my god..I can totally imagine myself being married to him...I really do think he's the perfect guy for me!!!"

Fastforward to the present - Me sitting on my living room sofa, my mother telling me "You're being soo stubborn and silly..I still don't understand why we cant consider him for you for marriage"!!!

A lot can happen in 2 years...What sucks the most is when there's no apparent or concrete reason for a fall out (or) for 2 very close people to drift apart!

It's very easy to point fingers and shift blame but as my gmom always says "It takes 2 hands to clap!!!"
