Ha! Serves you Right!

Yoga is the latest addition to my shameful list of “attempts at losing weight”…but I’ve decided I like practicing yoga…apart from increasing flexibility (I’m secretly hoping this increased flexibility will come in handy later on in life ;) it helps me sleep like a baby in the night…

The timing of my class is a bitch though…Its at 6 in the morning, which requires me to be up by 5:45 am latest! I’m not a morning person by any stretch of the imagination…I only begin to thaw and become my usual chirpy self by 8:30am or so…Till then I have this “Fuck Off” look stamped on my head which causes everyone including my parents to stay away!

So recently, this new chick joined my class…and yesterday morning I happened to ask her something about the previous day’s class, when she called me ‘AUNTY’!!!!

Imagine, one 20 somethin college going girl callin ME, aunty! The nerve…and my intention here is not to be mean…..but not only is she fatter than me…..but also way more dowdy lookin with oiled hair and those nighty like t-shirts and ugly, ill fitting track pants…

Anyhoo, I had the last laugh, literally!

While doing one aasana, which is particularly gas inducing, I guess the girl forgot to clench her butt cheeks and she let a loud one rip! Normally, when someone farts in class I’m polite and just privately smile to myself….but since I was peeved with her,…I guffawed loud enough for her to hear....and more importantly let her know that I heard!

Serves her right for calling me aunty! hmmmpppphhh!
